After touring the city streets by bus, the "Splash In" is a thrilling experience that only Sky Duck can offer, as it plunges into the sea in a spectacular fashion. Because you can enjoy the scenery from both land and water, it is popular not only for sightseeing in Tokyo and Yokohama, but also for family trips, couples, and outings with friends. Currently, reservations are being accepted for two courses: Yokohama Minato Mirai (operates daily) and Odaiba (operates on weekends and holidays). The price starts from 3,600 yen for adults, and the duration is approximately 50-60 minutes (operated by Hinomaru Jidosha Kogyo).

A tour bus speeding through the city plunges into the sea from a ramp located in a corner of Nippon Maru Memorial Park. In an instant, it transforms into a ship, and you can enjoy a cruise lasting approximately 40 minutes.

Sky Duck OdaibaIt runs through Tokyo's waterfront sub-center.Amphibious bus in OdaibaThis tour departs from Odaiba SKY Center, visits Odaiba Seaside Park, Decks Tokyo Beach, Aqua City Odaiba, and the Statue of Liberty, and then heads out to Tokyo Bay on the "Splash In" boat. From the sea, you can see the Rainbow Bridge from directly below and enjoy panoramic views of the container bays at Oi Wharf and the Tokyo Bay area. Q.What is a splash-in?
A.A "splash-in" is the moment when the Sky Duck makes a powerful dive from the ramp into the water. It's the biggest highlight of the Sky Duck, where the bus transforms into a boat, and you can experience the thrill of the dive along with a huge splash of water.
Q.Can I reserve a seat?
A.Your seat will be automatically assigned by computer. You cannot choose your seat.
Q.What happens if it rains?
A.Raincoats are available for purchase at the ticket counter. Please inquire at the ticket counter if you wish to purchase one. Please note that umbrellas are not permitted.
Q.Is it hot? Is it cold?
A.The Sky Duck does not have windows. Please dress appropriately for the season. In winter, take precautions against the cold, and in summer, take precautions against heatstroke.
Q.Is it possible to eat and drink on the bus?
A.You may bring in bottled drinks, water bottles, and beverages with lids. However, alcohol and food are not permitted.
Q.Is it possible to leave my luggage with you?
A.We are unable to store large luggage. Please use the coin lockers or luggage storage facilities at the station. (Please fold up strollers and leave them at the ticket counter.)
Q.Can small children ride it?
A.Children aged 0-3 can ride for 500 yen if they sit on your lap, according to the regulations.
Q.Do I need to print out the voucher (transportation voucher/participation ticket)?
A.You can use this voucher by showing it on your smartphone screen or as a printout. Please present the voucher at the reception desk.
Q.When will reservations and sales begin?
A.As a general rule, tickets go on sale approximately one month before the date of use.
Q.Are there any specific clothing requirements? Do I need to take precautions against heat or cold?
A.The Sky Duck (amphibious bus) is an open-air vehicle with no windows. Therefore, please dress appropriately for the season and weather. Summer: Take precautions against heatstroke, such as wearing a hat, sunscreen, and drinks. Winter: Take precautions against the cold, such as wearing warm clothing and gloves.
Q.Are there any instructions in languages other than Japanese?
A.SkyDuck only offers audio commentary in Japanese. *Unlike SkyBus and SkyHopBus, it does not have multilingual audio guides.
Q.Can I take pictures?
A.Yes, you are permitted to take photos inside the vehicle and while it is in operation. However, for your safety, please remain seated and follow the instructions of the staff at all times while on board.
Q.Are pets allowed?
A.Pets are generally not allowed (with the exception of service dogs, guide dogs, etc.).
Q.Can I get off the train midway?
A.No stops are permitted along the way. The entire journey, from boarding to disembarking, is part of the tour.
Q.How many minutes before the event should we arrive?
A.Please complete the check-in process 15-20 minutes before departure.
Q.Is there a restroom?
A.There are no restrooms at the reception counter or on board the bus. You will not be able to disembark midway, so please use the public restrooms at the station or within the park before boarding.
Q.Can I participate if I use a wheelchair?
A.The Sky Duck is not wheelchair accessible. Please contact us in advance if you require assistance.
Q.What happens in case of bad weather?
A.In the event of strong winds, heavy rain, thunderstorms, vehicle malfunctions, etc., the tour may be suddenly suspended or canceled at the discretion of the organizing company. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be provided.
